Returns & Exchanges

At Bocce's Bakery, we want you and your canine companions to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion accessories or apparel aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Ensure all original tags are attached and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
